Diane Koerner Schwartz passed away on March 12, 2010 in St. Louis, Missouri. She and her husband Bruce, who is now deceased, had two daughters. Diane was a granddaughter of the well-known illustrator W.H.D. Koerner, and was herself a successful portrait artist.

Thank you for the comments concerning Diane. I was saddened when I discovered she had passed away when I visited her Classmate Profile after this site was established. Diane and I dated briefly until I realized she deserved better, or possibly she realized it first.
I will always remember her fondly,
