Glenn Wells

On Friday, September 15, 2023, Glenn A. Wells, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away gracefully, surrounded by his family, at the age of 80.  
Husband of the late Karen (Shuma) Wells; beloved father of Christian G. Wells, Nikki M. (Josh) Abig, Lynn W. Lewis, and the late Glenn A. Wells II; loving grandfather of Jackson Glenn Abig, age 16, Lyla Paige Abig, age 13, Anderson Glenn Lewis, age 11, and Henry David Lewis, age 8. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Nancy L. Wells.  
Glenn enjoyed life to the fullest. His passions included golf, card games (bridge and poker), classical music, supporting the arts (operas and plays) and was a lifetime learner of history. Traveling to new and unique places with his family was a highlight of his life. Following his graduation from Lehigh University, Glenn worked at US Steel as a metallurgist. Slowly over the years he began investing in real estate ultimately becoming a full-time real estate entrepreneur. Glenn will be remembered for his kindness, compassion and humble outlook on life.  

Friends received on Thursday, September 21, from 11am until 1pm, AT LAUGHLIN CREMATION & FUNERAL TRIBUTES, 222 Washington Rd. Pittsburgh, PA 15216, where a celebration of life will be held at 1pm. Inurnment to follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
